	R&D Engineer Provide engineering expertise in the design, testing, development & implementation of new photopolymer laminates and polymeric photoresist products from R&D test stage to commercialization. Specific duties include the development and implementation of SU-8 processes for new epoxy dry film laminates and polymeric photoresist products; applications development and customer support; plan and conduct technical research to identify opportunities for the new products and applications for current products; conduct feasibility studies to determine the capability of new and existing products; develop customer specific applications to support new customer development; identify and analyze technical problems, develop and apply solutions to rectify system and component failures in product procedure systems; keep detailed records of experiments, results and conclusions in acceptable laboratory notebook format as prescribed and generate experimental data to acceptable information formats for use by Manufacturing and Production; prepare detailed technical reports including for management; and interface with representatives from Technology, Strategic Development, Sales and Customers on new product initiatives. Requirement Requires at least a Masters degree in an engineering discipline: including Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. Sales & Customer Support Representative (Junior Level) This entry level sales position is a highly visible inside sales position requiring the individual to assist the customer with product selection, pricing and placing the order followed by process support and trouble shooting. Products are photosensitive chemistries and ancillary products used in photo lithographical fabrication of microelectronic devices such as data storage devices, ink jet devices, integrated circuits, transistors, amplifiers, etc. Customers vary from universities and small research institutions to multi national manufacturers. Interaction with the customers will be primarily by phone and e-mail with limited travel. We require an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferably engineering. Hands on training in microlithography or other front end microelectronic fabrication processes would be a plus. Outstanding phone manner and an ability to effectively communicate trouble shooting concepts over the phone. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new products also required.
